Portrait/Self Portrait Critique

I really enjoyed seeing everyones pictures in class last night. The ones that really intrigued me were the self portraits that people did that didn't even involve their faces. I wish I had thought to have done this because i hated all of my self portraits because they didn't come out clearly. I thought it was so creative and interesting the way some of my classmates interpreted themselves in their photos.
Now... it looks like it is definitely time for me to get to work on my final project. I have been brainstorming but now it's time to really experiment and make it happen! I cannot believe it's already almost the end of the semester! SO WEIRD!! okay.. have to get back to all of my other work. :-/

i haven't blogged yet this month so I thought I would since it's coming to an end already!!
I was home for thanksgiving and showed all my family the first pictures I took in class. Everyone loved them and my aunt wants one framed for her house! It felt great to have people admire my photos (even if they were family! haha) i went out and bought film and took a lot of portrait pictures of my family because it was just such a nice setting to me and I think they came out really well :) ! I love capturing scenes when noone knows i am taking pictures. I think photography is something i'm going to keep doing even after class is over.
